This room is in my two bedroom one, and a half bath two story townhome. Month to month lease no credit or back ground check, just need income verification. $475 a month, $200.00 deposit. Rent includes; gas, electric, water, waste water, trash, cabel, wifi. Renter has access to all the home, including the washer, and dryer (exept my room). There will be a second frig added to the kitchen for the renter, until then the renter and I will share the one frig.There a very friendly dog in the home, and a cat in the home . I smoke. No drinking or drugs allowed. There is an option for dinners prepared. Washer, Dryer, in unite. This room tends to rent quickly. Room can be reserved.
