IF THIS IS ALL YOU NEED ($10.00 MOW & $8.00 PER/HR EVERYTHING ELSE)
Watch kids ( $8.00 PER/HR) OR IF BEING ADDED TO HOUSEKEEPING A FLAT RATE FOR BOTH
walk dogs ( $5.00 A VISIT) OR IF BEING ADDED TO HOUSEKEEPING A FLAT RATE FOR BOTH

Pet sitting ( $10.00 PER/ VISIT)
Housesitting ( $10.00 PER/VISIT)
I am able to work unsupervised if needed. Just leave a detailed list. I would not ask to have a set of keys. What I ask is that they are put were I can find them and I will put back when done.
WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY, MONTHLY, ONE TIME GIGS, MOVE OUTS, FORECLOSURES, VACATIONS HOMES, APARTMENTS, TOWNHOMES, RENTALS MOVEOUTS. I BASE MY FEES OFF OF THE BEDROOMS IN THE HOME. DEPENDING ON YOUR NEEDS THAT COULD CHANGE THE PRICE. TIME FRAMES CAN RUN FROM 1 HOUR - 6 HOURS PER DAY. I do use extra help at times depending on job and work needed to be completed.
There will never be ANY EXTRA FEES for extra help.
