Her laugh is so intoxicating that it will have everyone laughing. This is the funniest bird ever. She can laugh and laugh and laugh or she can just send out a lil chuckle. So much fun to talk to. She has a very large vocabulary. (included but not limited to Hi, Hello, Pretty Bird, Want a cracker, Pretty Parrot, Knock it off, Door, Owww, etc). She is willing to pick up anything you want to teach her. She knows step up, how to dance, to do all sorts of whistles and clicks...... Now the bad part. She is kinda like a doberman. She will pick her human out of the house of people and that will be her favorite human. Favors Men!!!! She likes to deal with only one person at a time. To many people around her makes her nervous and mean. If you have only one person there she is soooo sweet. She will let you tickle under her wings(fully feathered/Not clipped/can fly chooses not to). She is 20 years old. Blue and golds live 60 + years so she is still young. Please if you choose to adopt her learn and look into all it takes to take care of one of these fine animals. Another thing she is noisy/talks all the time so an apartment is not right for her. She will get you kicked out. If some one knocks she will scream Come In or Hello. Please just keep that in mind.

Please understand I am looking for her a new home but I am in no hurry. She just is not fitting in to our family the way that we had hoped. She is a great girl but with her temper I can't keep her. A new kiddo came to my home (4 year old boy) and stuck his fingers all the way in the cage and she bit him. For this reason and this reason alone she must go. I don't want to deal with a lawsuit. I hope you all understand. Please will some one give her a chance. With time and understanding I know that she can change and be a loving bird to all. She just needs a home where she will be the only bird and there are no young children (at least at first) till she can bond.
