Parents were farm dogs on our small hobby farm until our move to Colorado a year and a half ago; they are now spoiled city pets. All of the pups from the previous litter are livestock guardian dogs on sheep and goat farms.
I kept the pups with mom and litter mates until 10 weeks because I feel it is important for learning good doggy manners and becoming comfortable with people before going out on guard if they are working dogs.
They have been vaccinated following Dr. Jean Dodd's vax schedule with NeoPar and NeoVac D2 for parvo, distemper, and adenovirus.
They will also come with 2-3 days of Diamond Naturals Large Breed Puppy dog food.
