Your hidden room will be constructed with no independent subcontractors.  We only use our own qualified people.  Maximum two people will see your hidden room.  No one else will know the hidden room is there.  
 
Construction is paid for as we design and build.  No upfront costs apart from design costs.  Contracts are straight forward. Seldom are there cost additions because we spend a long time reviewing the site before the final contract is signed.
